Healthier looking skin...

Calcium: it’s important to get plenty of calcium to support your bone health.
Don’t eat too much protein: eating lots of protein causes calcium loss, this could lead to a decrease in bone density.
Get enough iron: eat iron-rich foods such as red meat, lentils, spinach, almonds, and iron-fortified cereals.
Cut the caffeine: caffeine consumption interferes with hormone levels and also increases the loss of calcium, try to limit your caffeine to one cup a day.
Breakfast: eating a healthy breakfast provides energy for the day.
Regularly eating: try to eat something at least every 3-4 hours, and take a light early dinner.
Keep away from junk food. Stay away from food that contains a lot of substances that your body doesn’t need.
Take good care of your skin because when you are healthy people see the glow in your face.  Keep your skin soft by using the right products and applying lotions and moisturizers so that you leave your skin feeling smooth.
