The Perfect Diet For the Perfect Body, Totally Healthy..

It’s Breakfast Time,,
Breakfast considered as the brain food and the most important meal of the day, skip that and you are looking at brain damage, obesity and digestion problems, it should be balanced meal:
A brown bread sandwich and piece of fruit and cup of milk (fruits are very good breakfast choice).
Now Lunch Time,,
Should be light cause if you have a heavy one you’ll end up feeling sleepy:
A bowl of salad, some vegetables and piece of grilled chicken or fish (avoid Junk food as we said before)
Finally Dinner is here,,
Have your dinner maximum by 8 Pm:
Soup, salad and lots and lots of fresh vegetables , Dinner should be light or maybe the lightest meal of the day don’t be so hard on your stomach, you can take a  glass of warm milk just to help you sleep at night.
